Orders and Shipping
Worldwide Shipping: We ship to all countries globally. For deliveries to remote areas, an additional fee ranging from $8 to $20 USD may apply, depending on the destination and courier policies.
Delivery Methods:
- Economy Shipping: Suitable for lightweight and low-priced items.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $15 USD. Carriers include Netherlands Post, Singapore Post, Hongkong Post, China Post, SF Express, DHL eCommerce, and other standard air shipping services.
- Free Fast Shipping: Available on orders over $150 USD. Carriers include DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, and others.

Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of placement.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hi@oolvs.com or via WhatsApp.
We process orders very quickly, so cancellations may take some time. If your order has been shipped and tracking information is available, it cannot be cancelled.
Creating an account is not required to purchase products on the OOLVS website, but we still recommend that you create one to easily track your order.
You can track your order by visiting our Order Tracking Page and entering your tracking number.
Tracking details may take 1–2 business days to update after your order has been shipped. If you have an OOLVS account, you can also log in and navigate to “My Orders” to find your tracking information.
