SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from our warehouses to the countries listed on our Shipping Country page. Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery country.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping — available to all countries we deliver to. This is the default, tracked option for most orders.

• Delivery estimate: 6–22 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
• Carriers include SF Express international e-commerce service and 4PX consolidated air parcels. A fixed handling fee per parcel applies, and additional charges for heavier parcels are already included in the product price.

Expedited Shipping — a faster, fixed-rate option available in many countries (delivery estimate 3–8 business days). Expedited shipping is not free on any order.

Free Standard Shipping

Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders that reach the free-shipping threshold of your country. The threshold depends on the shipping cost to your destination:

• Orders of US$39 or more ship free to: Australia, Canada, Chile, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines, Russia, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam.
• Orders of US$49 or more ship free to: Brazil, Colombia, India, Indonesia, New Zealand, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey.
• Orders of US$59 or more ship free to: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Morocco, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your subtotal meets the threshold for your delivery country.

Order Processing Time

• In-stock items: 1–4 business days.
• Customized or made-to-order items: 7–30 business days.

Taxes & Duties

All prices on our site include applicable taxes (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). For orders to the European Union, prices include VAT and import duties, and no additional charges will be collected on delivery. We handle customs clearance and pay any small-parcel fees on your behalf, so there are no surprise fees when your order arrives.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Address & Delivery Notes

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute orders once they have been dispatched.
• We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier but reported stolen.
• If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, it will be processed as a return and outbound/return shipping costs may be deducted. See our Return Policy for details.
